By using the ConferenceDirect, the official housing bureau of the Capital Cup, you will instantly link with official Capital Cup hotels so that you will be able to review information on each official hotel, make comparisons and complete your hotel room reservation based on your preferences, such as amenities, cost or proximity to venue.

TEAM HOUSING INFORMATION
IWLCA Capital Cup has contracted with ConferenceDirect to provide hotel reservation support for all IWLCA Capital Cup participants usig one of our three easy methods to book your rooms. Booking through IWLCA Capital Cup’s official housing company allows IWLCA Capital Cup to keep hotel rates and policies as favorable to our attendees as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you be contacted by any other entity other than IWLCA Capital Cup or ConferenceDirect please do not provide them with any information and notify IWLCA Capital Cup or ConferenceDirect immediately.
GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE
If you will be making 10 or more reservations feel free to use the Sub-block Request Form (CLICK HERE FOR FORM) or email IWLCAcapitalcup@conferencedirect.com to secure your rooms. The last day to submit your form is May 1. Room Guest Names must be submitted by June 1.
A NOTE ABOUT NON-APPROVED HOUSING PROVIDERS
Please be aware some third party travel companies may attempt to solicit housing to you or your team for the 2012 IWLCA Capital Cup tournament. These companies may imply or claim an affiliation with IWLCA Capital Cup; however the only housing company authorized by IWLCA Capital Cup is ConferenceDirect. Many of these companies have questionable and even illegal business practices, reserving hotel rooms through them may result in loss of hotel deposits; not receiving reserved guest room type at hotel, complete cancellation of reservations, or the fraudulent use of your credit card and personal information.
ROOM RATES / TAXES / TYPES
To take advantage of the special conference rates for 2012 IWLCA Capital Cup, book your reservation by June 13th. After that date, IWLCA Capital Cup’s Housing Bureau will still assist you in finding a room; however hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to an average of 13% tax, subject to change without notice.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of One Night Room and Tax is required to hold each reservation. You may see this charge on your credit card statement as early as June 28th, 2012. Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 working days prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax penalty charge.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made either online through the website, over the phone, or through email to IWLCA Capital Cup Housing Service at IWLCAcapitalcup@conferencedirect.com. ConferenceDirect will charge a $30.00 cancellation processing fee for any canceled reservation made at anytime. (You may extend or reduce your room nights without penalty). Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival are subject to the hotels cancellation policy.
